Can you get Mursaat weapon skins as PvP rewards? If so, what category are they in?

I have never heard of them being available through pvp; only the bonus mission pack.

edit: Damn, Shayne Hawke was right. They are in the first tier of weapons.

Pretty sure you can get them, and they'd likely be Basic, but they might be in the second tier. Check the wiki.

I checked the official wiki (GWW) and it says that the Mursaat Spear is in the Basic Weapon category (first tier) for PvP Rewards. However, on GuildWiki there is no Mursaat Spear in any category. In game, looking through on my warrior it doesn't appear when I try to upgrade my PvP spear in the Basic Weapons section.

Am I missing something? Do I need to purchase the BMP to get them (I don't mean through completing the quests and handing in the books)?

Yes BMP stuff is in basic, but im not sure if you need to own the BMP first or not. This question has not really popped up before.
